How do I enroll my child?+

Visit our /enroll page, fill in the parent and student details, and pick a program. We'll confirm placement within one business day.

Which iOS versions does the app support?+

The DOM Chess Academy iOS app supports iOS 15.1 and later on iPhone and iPad.

How do I reset my password in the app?+

Open the app, tap your profile, then tap "Sign out". On the sign-in screen, use "Forgot password" and we'll send a reset link to your email.

Why does the app ask for camera or photo access?+

Only to let you set a profile photo for your student account. You can decline and still use every feature of the app.

How do I delete my account or my child's data?+

Email us at info@domchessacademy.com from the email on file. We will permanently delete the account and associated data within 30 days.

Where do classes take place?+

All in-person classes are at our Waltham, MA office. The app provides directions on the home screen.

What is your refund policy?+

Full refund is available up to 7 days before a cohort starts. Prorated refunds are offered through the first two weeks. Detailed terms are provided at enrollment confirmation.

How is my child's information protected?+

We follow COPPA-aligned practices, store data in encrypted Firebase services, and never sell or share student data with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
